description Hampton Beach State Park is open year round. However the RV campground is open only from early May to end of October Hampton Beach State Park provides recreation, with Atlantic ocean-front facilities situated along miles of sandy beach. The Seashell complex includes a band shell amphitheater, public information services, comfort station, and first aid. Activities in the park include swimming, fishing, picnicking, and RV camping with full hook-ups in the campground. Hampton Beach State Park RV Campground, with 28 sites and a park store, is the only RV park directly on the New Hampshire coast. The park is located at the mouth of the Hampton River and close to many area attractions including whale watching, saltwater fishing, charter boats, sandy beaches, and swimming. The park is located south of the main part of Hampton Beach on Route 1A at the Seabrook/Hampton town line. Campers must be able to hook up to water, sewer, and electricity, NO tents or pop ups.

importantInformation SITE FEE COVERS 2 ADULTS AND UP TO 4 DEPENDENT CHILDREN. FOR ALL ADDITIONAL ADULTS A FEE OF $10 PER NIGHT AND FOR ALL ADDITIONAL CHILDREN FEES OF $5 PER NIGHT ARE TO BE PAID UPON ARRIVAL. TENTS AND POP UPS ARE NOT ALLOWED AT HAMPTON BEACH AT ANY TIME PLEASE DO NOT BRING FIREWOOD WITH YOU. Firewood can carry exotic insects and tree diseases. Safe firewood is available to purchase at the campground for your convenience. Pets are not permitted in the RV campground from April 1st through September 15th. No facilities! All campers MUST be self contained and hook up to all 3 services (water, electric and sewer). Due to nesting of the Endangered Piping Plover, the handicapped accessible ramp at the State Park is unavailable. There is an accessible ramp available at the Seashell Complex. There is a 14 night maximum stay between Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day weekend. This applies to rigs as well as individuals. Any one with more than 14 nights between Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day will be asked to leave without refund. Showers at the beach are cold water only. All campers MUST be self contained with water, electric and sewer hook ups. NO Pets allowed from April 1st through September 15th Sites accommodate a maximum of 6 people, combination of adults and children with no more than 4 adults per site. **For any refund requests after the reservation arrival date must be in writing within 14 days of departure and sent to The NH Reservation Information Office, 172 Pembroke rd., Concord, NH 03302-1856 **
